INTERN PM ONLINE OPERATIONS

Position Summary: You will support the management and implementation of new online operations projects, coordinating and monitoring progress to ensure objective achievement. Key Highlights: 1. You will assist in coordinating project management with the Agile development teams’ Project Managers and Product Owners for Online and Customer areas. You will also manage projects across other departments (Corporate IT, Billing Processes, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, etc.). **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the PM in defining project objectives, processes, scope, and impacted departments/teams. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure objective and timeline compliance. * Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may arise during the project, together with the PM. * Track incident resolution. * Prepare meeting minutes. **ABOUT YOU:** * Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, postgraduate program, or final year of Engineering or Business Administration (ADE). * Must be able to complete a 6-month internship agreement with 40 hours per week. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
