Responsibilities include developing interior design proposals, producing high-quality renders and visual presentations, advising clients on furniture and finish selections, and managing commercial follow-up until sale closure. Aesthetic sensitivity, proficiency in design and rendering tools, client orientation, and the ability to transform client needs and spaces into unique, customized projects will be highly valued. ### **Requirements** Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max for modeling, design, and creation of high-quality renders. Strong client orientation and commercial acumen, with skills to identify client needs, provide consultation, and close sales. Excellent communication and project presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously, organizedly, and results-oriented.
