Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking for our client an **Industrial Electromechanic** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** ------------------------------ * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and installations. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. * Program and adjust frequency inverters. * Replace bearings, motors, and other mechanical components. * Carry out cutting and welding operations on industrial equipment and installations. * Ensure proper machinery operation and minimize downtime. * Apply established safety and maintenance procedures. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. **REQUIREMENTS** ---------------- * Proven experience as an **Industrial Electromechanic**. * Ability to diagnose and resolve faults in industrial machinery. * Solid knowledge of frequency inverter programming. * Experience replacing bearings and motors. * Proficiency in industrial cutting and welding techniques. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Autonomous, solution-oriented profile focused on continuous improvement. **What does the company offer?** --------------------------------- * Permanent contract. * Salary between **€28,000 and €30,000 gross per year**. * Weekly rotating shifts: + One week from **06:00 to 14:00**. + One week from **14:00 to 22:00**. * Integration into a well-established industrial environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Dynamic work with a strong technical component. **Reclut** is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy offering personalized services tailored to each client’s needs.
