Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to restock and organize products in a hypermarket, ensuring sales areas remain fully stocked and managing product rotation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle loads We are looking for personnel to restock products in a hypermarket located in the northern area of Madrid, with rotating shifts. Main tasks include placing and organizing merchandise on shelves and linear displays, maintaining fully stocked and orderly sales areas, and performing front-facing activities to ensure optimal customer presentation. The role also involves monitoring expiration dates and product rotation, using a manual pallet truck to move goods. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Sunday, from 05:00 to 13:00, with two days off per week and alternating weekends off. Evening shifts may be scheduled weekly according to a roster. The salary is €1.541,66 gross per month paid in 12 installments, with an indefinite-term contract. A company vehicle is provided for commuting. Good physical mobility, ability to stand for long periods and handle loads, as well as autonomy at work, are required. Immediate availability is mandatory; no prior experience is required. This position is intended for individuals holding an official disability or incapacity certificate.
