**About the Position** ------------------- We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and eager-to-learn individual to join our People department as a **People Trainee**. You will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects related to **Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Talent, and Development**, contributing to enhancing our employees’ experience and strengthening JD’s corporate culture. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the People function, collaborating with diverse teams and participating in impactful initiatives for JD Iberia. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- ### **Internal Communication** * Support the creation and dissemination of communications targeted at employees and organizational teams. * Promote participation and usage of internal communication tools. * Collaborate on communication campaigns related to projects, corporate initiatives, and organizational changes. * Develop creative content and communication materials tailored to different internal audiences. ### **Employee Engagement \& Experience** * Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, well-being, and experience. * Support the organization and follow-up of engagement campaigns, recognition programs, and internal events. * Assist in analyzing results from employee satisfaction and workplace climate surveys, tracking action plans. * Participate in activities that promote company culture, values, and sense of belonging. ### **People Projects \& HR Support** * Collaborate in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for strategic meetings. * Support administrative and coordination tasks related to HR Operations and Labor Relations. * Monitor actions and projects to ensure their proper execution. * Participate in cross-functional projects within the People area. ### **Talent \& Development** * Support the Talent Acquisition and Development team across various projects and processes. * Assist in managing and coordinating initiatives related to career development and talent. * Support internal training, development, and learning programs. * Diversity \& Inclusion: Collaborate on awareness-raising and sensitization campaigns and activities. **Requirements**: * Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. * Communication and content design skills. * English proficiency level B2. * Must reside in Madrid.
