Description
You will collaborate in managing and developing various HR actions and projects in the areas of talent attraction, retention, development, and people management.
• Manage and monitor recruitment processes (posting job offers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates). • Fully coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. • Plan and monitor staffing levels (control of work schedules, management of personnel incidents, tracking of vacancies, and coverage of organizational needs). • Collaborate in training processes, performance evaluation, and talent development. • Manage subsidies for training activities (FUNDAE). • Participate in other HR department projects. • Address and resolve personnel incidents (questions, requests, and issues). • Provide support in administrative tasks related to personnel management.
* 3 years of experience. • Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in recruitment departments and/or Human Resources departments. • Experience in healthcare or sociosanitary settings or in continuous-cycle service companies will be especially valued.
* UNIVERSITY DEGREE
* Catalan (spoken and written at an advanced level)
* Competencies / knowledge: • Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in recruitment departments and/or Human Resources departments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Catalan (Level C) • Proactive individual with a client-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
