What will you do with us? \- You will support our clients in identifying top talent. \- You will listen, interview, select, and help many individuals find employment opportunities. \- You will manage contracts and documentation, and maintain continuous contact with employees and companies. \- You will prepare employment contracts as well as social security filings. \- You will process payroll and issue company certificates, and also monitor absenteeism within our workforce. \- Client billing. ### **Requirements** What do we expect from you? \- Relevant academic background (HRM, HR, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.). \- Prior experience in recruitment or personnel management (experience in ETTs or consultancies is highly valued). \- Proactive, organized, and comfortable interacting with people. \- Residency near Pamplona and eagerness to grow with us.
