**Home Care Assistant in ALICANTE** **Job Description:** We are seeking a committed, responsible, and service-oriented Home Care Assistant to provide care and support for elderly individuals, as well as perform cleaning tasks in private homes. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support to users in situations of dependency, contributing to improving their well-being, autonomy, and quality of life. **Work Area:** Alicante **Mandatory Requirements:** * **National Identity Document (DNI) and/or Foreigner Identification Number (NIE)** * Formal training in the sociosanitary field, such as: * Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for People at Home. * Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions. * Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE). * Or equivalent qualifications. * Prior experience in caring for and supporting elderly individuals. * Responsible, empathetic, patient person with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Verifiable professional references. * Knowledge of dependent-person mobilization techniques. * Experience in medication monitoring and administration according to established guidelines. * Familiarity with common pathologies in elderly individuals (Alzheimer’s disease, dementias, ELA, or other neurodegenerative diseases). **Main Responsibilities:** * Personalized care and companionship for elderly individuals. * Assistance with basic activities of daily living: personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility. * Supervision and follow-up of daily routines. * Medication control according to prescribed instructions. * Emotional support and promotion of social participation. * Performing household cleaning and basic home maintenance tasks. **We Offer:** * Flexible working hours, as services vary. * **Job stability and a positive work environment.** * **A respectful and collaborative professional environment.** * Opportunity to increase working hours based on service needs. * **Immediate hiring.** Benefits: * Uniform provided Salary: €9.60–€12.00 per hour Benefits: * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site employment
