Job Description We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented, and commercially skilled **Customer Manager** to maintain and strengthen relationships with our customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying additional business opportunities. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers. * Efficiently handle customer inquiries, issues, and needs. * Identify opportunities for additional sales and customer loyalty. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper delivery of products or services. * Prepare account follow-up reports and analysis. * Participate in customer meetings and present solutions tailored to their needs. * Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and internal policies. * Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2\-4 years of experience in customer management, commercial support, or sales. * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and achieve commercial objectives. * Proficiency in CRM and customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Intermediate English proficiency is valued.
