




Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial professional to manage and develop SME clients by offering customized financial solutions and continuous advisory services in a dynamic and challenging environment. Work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a professional development plan We are looking for a commercial profile to manage and develop SME clients (annual turnover between EUR 2 and 10 million) in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, offering tailored financial solutions (accounts, loans, savings), providing personalized advisory services, analyzing credit applications, and conducting continuous follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities. A university degree is required, along with at least two years of commercial experience (banking experience is preferred), knowledge of banking products for SMEs and risk analysis, as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation. Basic digital competencies are also valued. We offer an indefinite full-time contract with an annual base salary between 25\.000 and 30\.000 euros plus variable compensation, depending on experience.
