Overview: **Functional Analyst for Integration Systems and Data Flows** =================================================================== We are seeking a functional analyst with experience to join a high-criticality technology project focused on managing transactional systems, integration platforms, and complex data flows across various devices and applications. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of key business solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and acting as a liaison between functional requirements, technical integration, and system operations.**What will you do?** --------------- * Analyze and understand the operation of **integration systems and data management platforms**. * Participate in **requirements gathering** and assess the functional impact of new developments and enhancements. * **Define and document** processes, interfaces, dependencies, and system functionality. * Ensure end-to-end functional consistency across different information flows. * Collaborate in pre-deployment validations and verify correct operation of implemented solutions. * Provide functional support for analyzing and resolving incidents. * Participate in root cause investigations and proposals for continuous improvement. * Work in environments involving multiple systems, applications, and data sources. * Contribute to functional documentation and knowledge transfer within the team. **What will make you succeed** --------------------------- * Prior experience as a **Functional Analyst** in integration or transactional system projects. * 3–4 years of experience working with **UML**. * Ability to analyze complex data flows and relationships among different systems. * Knowledge of SQL. * Experience in functional modeling, requirements specification, and documentation development. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * **C1 or higher level of English**, both spoken and written. * Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification. * **Availability for occasional international travel several days per month.** **Desirable** ------------- * Experience in ticketing environments or critical services. * Knowledge of integration and messaging: APIs, message queues, or ETL processes. * Proficiency with modeling tools and application lifecycle management (ALM) tools. * Experience in 24x7 operational environments. * Familiarity with transaction management systems, operational configuration, equipment monitoring, and multimodal platforms. * Experience working with distributed systems and complex integration architectures. **What do we offer?** ------------------- Hybrid work (**Madrid**).
