Job Summary:
We are seeking a physiotherapist for residential care facilities and day centers, responsible for assessing and monitoring users, designing intervention programs, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for a physiotherapist to join a residential facility and day center serving 55 users and 5 CD.
Main Responsibilities:
* Individualized assessment and follow-up of users.
* Design and implementation of physiotherapeutic intervention programs.
* Conducting individual sessions tailored to each user's needs, as well as facilitating small-group sessions and group workshops.
* Coordinated work within a multidisciplinary team and preparation of PIAIS (Individualized Care Plans).
Requirements:
* Degree in Physiotherapy and prior experience in geriatrics, socio-healthcare services, or similar roles.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication skills and a person-centered approach when interacting with users and their families.
* Proactivity, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.
