Job Information Job ID ZR\_1460\_JOB Opening Date 25/05/2026 Sector Construction Job Type Full-time Work Experience 4\-5 years City Salamanca State/Province Salamanca Country Spain Postal Code 37001 Job Description A construction and comprehensive renovation company based in Salamanca is seeking to hire an experienced, autonomous, and leadership-capable **First-Class Construction Technician**. **Responsibilities** * Performing masonry work on new construction and renovation projects (partition walls, plastering, tiling, flooring, layout marking). * Formwork, flooring, pavement leveling, cladding, and stonemasonry tasks. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements. * Organizing and supervising laborers and lower-tier technicians. * Operating trade-specific tools and machinery. * Complying with occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention standards. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a First-Class Technician in construction or renovation. * Proficiency in masonry and finishing work. * Ability to work autonomously. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. * Completion of a 20-hour or 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course specifically for the construction sector. * Valid driver’s license category B1\.
