JOB OFFERING – FIRST / SECOND CIVIL WORKS TECHNICIAN Campo de Gibraltar (Cádiz) A construction sector company seeks to hire First and Second Civil Works Technicians for a long-term project at industrial facilities. **IMMEDIATE HIRING** Contract Type Fixed-term contract until project completion. Expected Completion Date April 2027\. Real possibility of permanent staff incorporation upon project completion. **Workplace** **MOEVE San Roque (Campo de Gibraltar).** Working Hours and Schedule Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. **Regular Schedule:** * **Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 (including one hour for lunch)** * **Friday: 08:00–12:00** **Summer Schedule:** * **07:30–14:30** The schedule may be adjusted according to site requirements. Economic Conditions * **First Technician**: salary according to the Construction Collective Agreement (approx. **26\.500 € gross** annually). * **Second Technician**: salary according to the Construction Collective Agreement (approx. **25\.800 € gross** annually). Salary review possible based on experience and performance. Non-pro-rated extra payments. Responsibilities Civil works tasks related to: * Masonry. * Structural repair and reinforcement. * Formwork. * Shotcreting. * Bolting. * Road joints. Essential Requirements * Minimum 1 year verifiable experience in civil works. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Personal vehicle. * FLC-homologated 20-hour PRL course in Masonry OR FLC-homologated 20-hour PRL course in Demolition and Rehabilitation. * 8-hour PRL course in Working at Heights. * FLC-homologated 20-hour PRL course in Operating Lifting Equipment. Desirable Qualifications * 60-hour Basic Construction PRL Course (Level B). * PRL Course on Confined Spaces and ATEX. * Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Operator Course. * Additional FLC-homologated training.
