Our outstanding team of experts — based in the U.S., Mexico, Spain, Germany, and India — provides professional services and integrated solutions meeting high-quality standards. **Open Position: Finance Administration Manager \- Spain** **Location: Almussafes, Valencia (on-site).** The Finance Administration Manager’s mission is to oversee all financial operations and lead the local finance team. This role supports the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in financial strategy, drives reporting and consolidation, ensures regulatory compliance, and strengthens financial performance. The Finance Administration Manager will perform the following responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the finance team. * Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Manage financial consolidation, integrating results from all entities. * Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy development. * Ensure consistency in accounting practices, internal controls, and process standardization. * Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and financial performance tracking. * Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and supervise compliance across all international operations. * Collaborate with business leaders to support growth, profitability, and operational decision-making. What does it take to succeed as a Finance Administration Manager? * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. * More than 7 years of finance experience, including leadership roles. * Proven experience in reporting and consolidation across multiple entities is essential. * Prior responsibility for managing finance teams. * Experience with the Big 4 (audit, advisory, or transactions) is highly valued. * Excellent analytical, reporting, and strategic planning capabilities. * Intermediate level of English. * Strong knowledge of ERP and financial systems.
