Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage evening shift warehouse operations, optimizing processes and leading a team in a collaborative environment. Identification of improvements and problem resolution We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organized person to oversee warehouse operations during the evening shift in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Your role will be essential to ensuring smooth daily operations—from product intake through to dispatch. You will be responsible for supervising all operational activities, continuously seeking ways to enhance agility and efficiency. You will serve as the primary point of contact and support for your team, helping them grow and develop their capabilities. You will foster a positive, safe, and collaborative workplace. Your ability to identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions will be key to achieving established goals and ensuring overall operational excellence. This is a temporary position focused on daily warehouse management and logistics optimization. Prior experience in similar roles and team leadership within operational environments is highly valued, along with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in logistics or warehousing. Demonstrable experience leading teams in operational settings. Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving capability. Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP). Valid forklift operator certification. Availability to work the evening shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
