Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical and Operational Office Engineer to lead technical development and product quality, ensuring efficiency from design through to production. Key Highlights: 1. We aim to integrate a **Technical and Operational Office Engineer** into our team — someone with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design, who can provide direct support to product development and ensure engineering requirements are efficiently translated into actual production. ### **Job Mission** Your primary objective will be to lead technical development and product quality from the mechanical technical office, guaranteeing excellent drawing interpretation and 3D modeling. You will serve as the key operational support, minimizing technical issues and optimizing technical efficiency. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Product Development and Quality:** Lead operational support from the technical office for product development, evolution, and quality control. * **Technical Design and Interpretation:** Responsible for advanced interpretation of technical drawings and support in component modeling and modification. * **Technical\-Operational Liaison:** Ensure control and monitoring of the production process on the shop floor, validating that manufacturing strictly complies with engineering and quality standards defined by the technical office. * **Optimization and Efficiency:** Drive continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements from design through execution. * **Technical Issue Resolution:** Analyze, manage, and develop solutions to minimize technical issues arising during production related to product design or specifications. * **Strategic Reporting:** Direct communication and reporting to the Group’s Operations Director. ### **Minimum Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or equivalent. * **Experience:** Proven experience in a technical office within industrial/**manufacturing** environments, with demonstrated capability to monitor design implementation on the shop floor. * **Key Technical Competencies:** + Advanced proficiency in design software: **AutoCAD** and **SolidWorks**. + Expertise in interpreting complex **technical drawings** and tolerances. * **Languages:** Fluent **English** (mandatory for technical documentation and group reporting). * **Profile:** Highly **proactive**, methodical individual with exceptional attention to technical detail and a strong orientation toward product quality. ### **What We Offer** * **Contract:** Permanent position, aimed at building a long-term relationship. * **Salary:** Competitive, commensurate with candidate’s experience and technical value added. * **Work Environment:** Integration into a young, dynamic team with an excellent collaborative atmosphere. * **Project:** Opportunity for professional growth within a stable company currently undergoing market expansion. ### **Are You Interested in This Challenge?** If your passion lies in detailed engineering and design, and you want to see your projects come to life efficiently on the production floor, we want to meet you!
