This makes Konecranes a unique place to work.* **Job Description** **About the Position** We are seeking an **Industrial Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor** to lead daily production operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and delivery standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational resources, supervising manufacturing teams, and ensuring efficient execution of the production plan within a dynamic industrial environment. As a frontline leader, you will play a key role in team development, resolution of operational issues, hands-on fieldwork, management of your assigned team, and promotion of a continuous improvement culture. You will have direct reports (team of approx. 5 people). **Key Responsibilities** * **Production Management:** Ensure efficient execution of the production plan by coordinating required resources and monitoring operational performance. Manage daily issues and track key performance indicators to guarantee achievement of productivity and delivery targets. * **Quality:** Ensure adherence to quality standards and process specifications, manage non-conformities, and collaborate on resolving operational issues. Additionally, promote operational order and discipline. * **Leadership and People Management:** Lead and develop the operational team, organize daily activities, and ensure appropriate task distribution. Foster continuous training, multi-skilling, and a collaborative, safe, and results-oriented work environment. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity, actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. * **Cross-functional Coordination:** Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth operational execution. * **Administration and Reporting:** Ensure accurate recording of operational data and compliance with documentation and traceability requirements. Also support internal and external audits, contributing to maintenance of established quality and management standards. **Requirements** **Education and Experience Requirements:** Technical education — **advanced vocational qualification** or university degree in Industrial Engineering, **Mechanical Engineering**, Production, or related disciplines. Candidates with completed secondary education and solid experience in supervising manufacturing teams will also be considered. **3 to 5 years** of experience in industrial environments, either in production or machinery installation within manufacturing processes such as **welding**, assembly, machining, painting, assembly, or other industrial processes.
