We are looking for a **Building Construction Site Manager** to join our technical team and work across various projects within the **Community of Madrid**, with availability to travel as required by project needs. **What will be your mission?** Your primary mission will be to ensure the correct on-site execution of the construction plan established by the Site Manager, strictly complying with company policies, procedures, budgets, and deadlines, while always guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and quality in building construction. **Your main responsibilities:** * Operational Management and Execution: Direct, supervise, and monitor on-site execution of building construction projects (structure, masonry, finishes, and installations), ensuring adherence to the construction schedule within defined timeframes. * Personnel and Team Management: Lead and organize in-house personnel on site, promoting teamwork and effective management of work sections. * Monitoring and Control: Track execution timelines and collaborate in budget control for the project, anticipating potential deviations. * Supplier Coordination: Intensively manage and supervise suppliers, installers, and subcontracted companies on site, ensuring finish quality and correct technical execution. * Safety and Occupational Risk Prevention (P.R.L.): Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (P.R.L.) regulations and implementation of building-specific safety plans. * On-Site Relations: Maintain smooth and professional communication with site teams, internal technical staff, Site Management Offices, Safety and Health Coordinators, and representatives of the Labour Authority. **What profile are we looking for?** Education: A Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Construction is desirable. Completion of the Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (P.R.L.) course (Preventive Resource), Intermediate Management P.R.L. training, and specific training under the Construction Collective Agreement will be highly valued. Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction and civil engineering sector, including at least 5 years’ specific experience as a Construction Site Manager in building construction projects (residential, commercial, public facilities, or large-scale rehabilitation). Computer Skills: Familiarity with or knowledge of management tools such as Business Central, Excel, AutoCAD, and planning/measurement software (TCQ / Project). Skills and Competencies: Aptitude for methodology, order, and attention to detail in finishes. Results-oriented mindset, strong planning and organizational capabilities. We seek a proactive individual with strong communication skills, decision-making ability, conflict resolution capacity, and high tolerance for pressure.
