Designing and subsequently monitoring each individual’s labor integration pathway. Providing guidance on pre-vocational, training, and employment opportunities suitable for each person. Planning and delivering pre-employment workshops to enhance personal skills of each beneficiary. Managing financial assistance linked to the employment program and overseeing the project’s budgetary control. Establishing networks with business associations for potential prospecting and intermediation. Accompanying beneficiaries after socio-labor integration to ensure job retention. Identifying training and employment resources. Conducting follow-ups and support during job search activities. Preparing final reports and justifications. **Profile:** Higher or intermediate vocational training in the social field.
