Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installations on industrial construction sites, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve technical issues. We carry out design and calculation of projects through the work of our drafters, modelers, and engineers. These include in-house projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, contractors, and real estate asset management companies. Additionally, we provide **BIM and technological advisory and consulting services** to companies at various stages. We are currently recruiting an **Electrical Site Supervisor** to work on a new fine chemical and active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) plant project for our clients in **Girona**. **Main Responsibilities:** * On-site supervision of power, signaling, control, and instrumentation electrical installations in industrial plants, ensuring correct execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordination and monitoring of electrical works performed by subcontractors and installers, controlling progress, work quality, safety, and adherence to the project schedule. * Review and interpretation of electrical technical documentation: single-line diagrams, layout drawings, cable tray routing, cable lists, electrical panels, wiring diagrams, and associated process equipment documentation. * Identification, analysis, and resolution of on-site technical issues, coordinating solutions with engineering, construction, project management, and other involved disciplines. * Verification that all electrical documentation generated or modified during construction meets the required quality level, traceability, and detail degree for the project. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a major engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as an electrical technician/supervisor on industrial construction sites, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, API, or process-related facilities. * Solid knowledge of power, signaling, control, and instrumentation electrical installations: electrical panels, cable trays, cabling, wiring, electrical distribution, and industrial equipment. * Experience in direct on-site supervision, coordination of electrical subcontractors, progress control, issue resolution, and monitoring of proper work execution. * Ability to review and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable tray routing, cable lists, and project technical documentation. * Senior profile, autonomous and field-oriented, with willingness for continuous on-site presence and accustomed to working under strict quality, safety, and scheduling standards. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a leading company in the engineering sector, we are waiting for you!**
