Documentation is handled via official platforms such as the Treasury, Pension Institute, Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and Municipal Register, ensuring proper processing and tracking. Tasks include digitizing, classifying, and archiving information to maintain an orderly and efficient workflow. Data from case files are also analyzed to assess applicants' economic capacity in social services procedures. This involves reviewing documentation, identifying key elements, and verifying consistency, using computer tools and the Office suite in an advanced manner to generate reports and maintain updated databases. This is an on-site position with an intensive morning schedule. It forms part of a temporary reinforcement project aimed at managing increased workload, particularly in areas related to dependency and disability. Accurate organization and handling of information are essential for the efficiency of public services and citizen assistance. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar administrative or digital document management roles is required. Advanced proficiency in computer tools and the Office suite is mandatory, as well as strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. The candidate must be proactive, possess good oral and written communication skills, and be agile in navigating digital environments. A high level of Catalan and Spanish is required. A Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification will be considered an asset.
