**Description:** ---------------- Flying, flying always upward! Always upward! And that’s exactly what we want to do with our systems—move everything to the cloud! But no chaos, no fire, no destruction—just migration! We need someone with expertise in both system administration and DevOps. **But what is The Mind Hub?** We are a **technology company operating in the mental and emotional health sector**. Specifically, we develop technology for mental and emotional health professionals—primarily psychologists. The Systems team urgently needs DevOps support, as our team never stops moving. Why might you want to become our next Minder? * We work in a **fully remote format**, though it is mandatory to **reside near our offices (Barcelona)** to attend onsite when necessary. The Systems team requires in-person coordination in certain situations (e.g., coverage during vacations or absences of the HelpDesk profile), so we seek someone able to commute easily to the office—even if most work is done remotely. * We’re ahead of the curve: enjoy a **37.5-hour weekly working schedule**! Because balance starts here and now. * We offer an **indefinite-term contract**, of course! Health insurance with CIGNA, a flexible compensation plan (meal vouchers, childcare, and transportation benefits), plus numerous discounts. * **Reimbursement for psychology therapy sessions**—we help you feel better! * **Your opinion matters.** You’ll report directly to the Systems Lead; your voice counts—which is why we seek thinkers, not just executors. After all, Siri can handle execution, right? * **Transparency is embedded in our culture**: you’ll always know how the company is doing. Even the CEO personally shares our progress and goals with you at least once a month. * **Everyone deserves to feel better**—this is our company’s purpose, and it’s vital that you already believe in it if you wish to join us, because it guides everything we do. * **#TrueAgilers**: we have a Scrum Master who works magic—ensuring people and interactions come before processes and tools, with focus and commitment. Oh—and we host our “Meet-Friday Meme” every Wednesday (yes, that’s who we are): a sprint-integrated meeting purely for fun. **Requirements:** --------------- **Let us help you imagine your day-to-day…** We’re seeking a professional experienced in both system administration and DevOps: someone with solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and automation, capable of managing and improving our platforms while ensuring their availability, performance, and security. We’re looking for a person who can engage in both operational tasks and continuous integration and deployment processes. Yes—we’ve already said our developers never stop! Within the team, you’ll report directly to the Systems Department Lead. You’ll ensure the proper functioning of our office and production infrastructure, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation of both software and hardware systems. * Administer Windows servers (**Active Directory, GPOs**) and **Linux** (Debian, CentOS). * Deploy and manage **CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins**, emphasizing workflow automation and efficiency. * Implement and manage **Kubernetes clusters** for application deployment. * Manage **IPv4 networks, VLAN configurations, DHCP, and DNS.** * Ensure backup administration and proper functioning of disaster recovery plans. * Administer **centralized antivirus systems** and monitor system security. * Provide **second-level support for user incidents** on Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS systems—when the HelpDesk team cannot resolve them due to complexity or required expertise. * Identify and **propose infrastructure improvements**, optimizing performance, security, and scalability. * Maintain a **continuous focus on security**, managing firewalls, VPNs, and network access policies. **Ready. Steady. Go! Your tech stack…** * **Windows Server administration (>2012), Active Directory, GPO.** * Knowledge of **Linux servers (Debian / CentOS).** * Experience with **Azure, Entra ID, Intune.** * Experience with **Jenkins pipelines, Kubernetes (a MUST), and Helm templates.** * Experience in **web environments**, managing technologies such as PHP, MySQL, Nginx, Apache, Docker, and microservice architectures. * Networking knowledge: **IPv4, VLANs, DHCP, DNS.** * Experience administering **backups and centralized antivirus systems.** * Experience with monitoring tools: **Zabbix, Prometheus, New Relic, etc.** Who are we? Our values define us well. We believe that… * People are our driving force. * We shine as a team. * Energy + * We believe in what we do. * We ask questions—and “Why not?” At TMH, we believe in **equal opportunity**. All our recruitment processes follow our Equality Plan, ensuring inclusive, discrimination-free environments—because we know diversity fuels the best ideas and attracts the best people. ***And now, we ask you: Why not get to know us?***
