Career development in the health and sustainability sectors We are seeking a male or female herbalist assistant for a store specializing in food, natural cosmetics, and dietary products in Palma de Mallorca. The contract is temporary, initially for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent, and the working schedule is part-time: one week of morning shifts (10:00 to 15:00\) and one week of afternoon shifts (15:15 to 20:15\), with alternate Saturdays from 9:30 to 20:30 (one hour break). Responsibilities include advising customers, providing personalized service, maintaining order and cleanliness, managing inventory and restocking, operating the POS system and other software, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating as part of a team. Requirements include formal training in dietetics, nutrition, pharmacy, or related fields; at least one year of experience in herbal stores or eco-stores; secondary education; English language proficiency; knowledge of the official regional language (desirable); Office software skills; and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
