We are looking for a Demand Manager for a banking project (Electronic Banking, Payment Methods, and Security Services). Requirements What are we looking for? A highly organized profile, focused on continuous improvement, with experience in banking and Agile environments, to drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent value delivery across our teams. Responsibilities * Balance business needs against IT team capacity. * Proficiency in JIRA to receive business requests, classify them by risk level and priority, complete functional specifications, and gather all necessary information for each request. * Prepare tracking reports, dashboards, and organize Steering Committee meetings. * Propose process and procedure improvements (both technical and functional). For example, suggest new ways to measure response times: currently measured from request opening to implementation, but intermediate "dead time" is not accounted for—similar initiatives. * Functional banking knowledge is required; expertise in any of the following areas is highly desirable: Electronic Banking, Payments and Payment Methods, Securities Services.
