Key Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, MBA, CIMA, or ACA are a plus). * 1–3 years of experience in finance\-related roles such as audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, or commercial finance * Proficiency in US GAAP and financial modeling (Excel), with a solid grasp of key financial and accounting concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, budgeting) * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; detail\-oriented and self\-driven * Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments and management levels * Analytical mind set, but engaging communication style * Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in a global, multicultural setting. Portuguese language skills are a plus. * Flexibility to support remote teams and travel as needed based on project requirements * Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong interest in pricing and deal strategy.
