Oxigent Technologies is seeking a **Data Governance Lead** to participate in managing a strategic project located in **Palma de Mallorca**.
Your mission will be to define, build, and implement the corporate Data Governance model, ensuring data quality, security, and traceability.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
* **Define, implement, and lead** the corporate Data Governance model.
* **Lead the Data Office** as the engine of organizational transformation.
* **Define key roles and responsibilities** across the organization, such as Data Owners and Data Stewards.
* **Establish corporate policies, standards, and procedures**, including a data glossary and data certification processes.
* **Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability**, coordinating access controls together with Legal and Security teams.
* **Foster a sustainable data-driven culture** and democratize secure data access across business areas.
* **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams** (Business, IT, Legal, Security) and report progress to the Project Committee sponsored by the General Management.
**What qualifications and experience do you need?**
* **More than 5 years of experience** in data, analytics, or related environments.
* Proven experience participating in **Data Governance initiatives** or equivalent frameworks within complex, cross-functional settings.
* **Solid knowledge of Data Governance**, data architectures, data quality management, and regulatory compliance.
* **Cross-functional leadership** combined with strong strategic vision and business orientation.
* High **influence, communication, and conflict management skills** to build consensus between technical and business stakeholders.
* Structured thinking, **autonomy**, and decision-making capability.
