What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Analyze large volumes of data to extract insights and support decision-making Design and develop reports and dashboards using visualization tools Work with diverse data sources and collaborate on information transformation and processing initiatives Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and propose data-driven solutions Participate in strategic projects related to analytics, reporting, and process optimization What are we looking for? At least 2 years of experience working with data analysis tools and technologies Technical knowledge in: * PySpark * SQL * Databricks * Excel (VBA, Power Query) * Visualization tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy Familiarity with the financial domain and understanding of business metrics Strong analytical and interpretive skills to transform data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative environments Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation Bonus points if you also have… Prior experience in financial sector projects Knowledge of reporting automation and optimization Experience working in cloud environments or Big Data architectures What do we offer?
