We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive the development of the bank's information layer and deliver direct value to the business and management. Your mission will be to transform data — both structured and unstructured — into useful knowledge that enables a deeper understanding of the business, the market, and our customers, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. The selected candidate will join a cross-functional team and play a key end-to-end analyst role, combining ad-hoc analysis, process automation, KPI definition, dashboard development, and active participation in migrating our processes and projects to the cloud environment. This role is ideal for someone with initiative, strong analytical ability, curiosity, and enthusiasm to assume a broad and impactful role within the team. **Your responsibilities include:** Customer relationship management (management and business areas) Regular interaction with management and business areas to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Prioritization and planning of projects and recurring requests. Expectation management, progress tracking, and results communication. Execution of projects covering the full information analysis lifecycle Gathering business information requirements Data exploration in Datapool and/or external sources — from searching through data processing to generating the required information Proposal and generation of KPIs Development of reports/analyses to present information Communication of results to customers Design, development, maintenance, and automation of processes for recurring monitoring or one-off requests. **To perform these functions, you will need:** Technical knowledge to produce the reports requested by the business Analytical skills enabling understanding of business logic and proposing new ideas or strategies to support its advancement Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with creativity and attention to detail in information visualization and communication. Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering disciplines. Strong data analysis and management capabilities, using data analysis and database exploitation tools: advanced SQL proficiency, fluency in Data Discovery and Statistical Analysis, Python, GIT, Airflow. Training in programming languages. Dashboard creation using visualization tools such as QlikSense, Looker, etc. Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc). **The following will be considered a plus:** Experience working with or analyzing customer experience (NPS, touchpoints, etc.) Previous experience with Google Cloud or other cloud platforms (AWS, etc.). Prior experience in banking analytics/BI departments.
