If you are passionate about logistics and customer service, and wish to join a global leader in beverage logistics solutions, you are in the right place. **Customer Service Operator** In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the administration of import/export plans and processes to optimize service and performance. * Executing transactional operational activities related to import/export, complying with regulations and internal procedures. * Performing import/export entries and supporting operational activities according to internal procedures and the latest local customs regulations. * Processing, managing, distributing, and archiving all required import/export documentation. * Verifying invoices and shipping documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations. * Verifying entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggesting routine corrective actions in case of deviations. * Ensuring export, import, and entry operations align with commercial guidelines and meet established expectations. * Performing IT system-related tasks to provide up-to-date shipment information. * Collaborating with internal functions such as customer service, product, sales, etc. * Coordinating with overseas offices to verify shipment information. * Identifying and resolving recurring issues and suggesting modifications to import/export working methods, aiming to increase effectiveness and efficiency. **You bring the following qualifications and skills:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector. * Excellent Spanish language skills; English and other languages are an advantage. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, and proactivity. **Many rewards await you:** * Competitive salary and free access to learning opportunities. * Becoming part of an international and diverse network of colleagues. * Health insurance after the probation period. * Fresh fruit and on-site massages. * Two days of remote work per week after the adaptation period. * Discount on company stock purchases. * Much more
