**Objective**

Providing care and support to users in basic daily living skills, delivering socio-healthcare and integration services, and ensuring users’ well-being and safety.
**Profile:**
Experience in socio-healthcare assistance to dependent persons in institutions; clinical or nursing assistant.
Providing direct and comprehensive care to residents in all areas (personal hygiene and grooming, medication administration, assistance with meals, handling residents’ clothing, maintaining dormitory order, etc.). Maintaining continuous communication both within the resident group and with its coordinator, as well as with other groups. Collaborating with the healthcare team (e.g., taking medical parameters, distributing medications, transporting and accompanying residents to medical appointments and hospitals, etc.). Reporting incidents concerning residents or facility malfunctions or needs to the coordinator or technical team. Strictly applying strategies and procedures designed by the multidisciplinary team to maintain and improve residents’ personal autonomy and their relationships with the environment, while coordinating closely with other professionals involved with each resident. Implementing daily activity plans developed by the multidisciplinary team. Accompanying residents on outings—including leisure activities and medical visits—following instructions from the immediate supervisor. Performing coordination duties in the absence of the group coordinator. Providing telephone and in-person support to legal guardians when the coordinator or multidisciplinary team members are unavailable. Ensuring residents’ safety and protection. Accurately completing all required documentation and records. Adhering strictly to all protocols and coexistence rules outlined in the Residence’s Internal Regulations. Promoting improvements across various areas to enhance service quality and resident development. Supporting and facilitating internal and external quality audits. Ensuring customer service quality and internal process quality, and complying with all applicable requirements.
