Fundació Intermedia has launched a selection process for a youth intervention project targeting vulnerable young people. An Assistant Coordinator is required. The Assistant Pedagogical Coordinator supports the pedagogical leadership of the program, ensuring methodological coherence, monitoring implementation phases, supervising the technical team, and guaranteeing the quality of interventions. This role oversees compliance with indicators, identifies dysfunctions, proposes improvements, and ensures the pedagogical alignment of the project. It is a key role in ensuring that the program’s intervention model is deployed consistently, rigorously, and adapted to the needs of young people. * Experience: 2 years. Minimum two years’ experience in direct intervention with vulnerable groups, preferably young people. Experience in pedagogical supervision, team coordination, or management of socio-educational projects. Experience in group facilitation, socio-educational intervention, and case follow-up. Experience in SOC programs and the European Social Fund is desirable. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: University bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Social Sciences or Health Sciences. Knowledge of the local social, educational, and community landscape. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2600' to '2750' * Additional information: Full-time schedule (38.5 hours per week, distributed across 5 mornings and 2–3 afternoons); annual gross salary of 32.500€.
