Strict implementation of the HACCP system and allergen control. We are seeking a cook for a position in Parla (Madrid). Responsibilities include comprehensive kitchen management, preparation of balanced daily menus, and preparation of specific diets such as low-sodium, diabetic, gluten-free, pureed, and soft diets. The candidate must also strictly implement the HACCP system and control allergens. A minimum of five years of experience in collective catering is required; residency in Parla or nearby areas is preferred. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with salary negotiable.
