RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: \- Coordinate the construction team. \- Daily planning of assigned tasks. \- Responsible for quality control, construction execution, and organization of material resources. \- Execute tasks correctly in collaboration with the Site Manager. \- Monitor, control, and report on scheduled deadlines. \- Safety/protection (control of PPE, Occupational Risk Prevention on site, etc.). \- Direct contact with clients and suppliers.
