Therefore, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and wish to grow with us. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for a **Construction Project Manager for our Barcelona offices**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * **Comprehensively monitor assigned projects**, controlling planning, quality and costs, while ensuring continuous compliance with company standards. * **Coordinate external and internal teams involved in each project**, ensuring proper alignment throughout all phases. * **Approve and validate executive project documentation**, guaranteeing correct coordination among different technical disciplines. * **Supervise construction execution through periodic site visits**, verifying progress, quality and adherence to design specifications. * **Prepare periodic reports for the area manager**, keeping all relevant project information up to date. * **Manage and resolve unforeseen events** arising during construction execution. * **Draft minutes and technical reports** required for project monitoring and documentary control. * **Carry out final technical compilation and commissioning**, ensuring correct project handover for operational launch. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or related field. * **High level of English proficiency**. * **Willingness and availability to travel.** * Experience in construction execution within a contracting firm or supporting site management. * Experience in hospitality-related projects. **What do we offer?** At Eurostars Hotel Company, you can join a leading global travel industry company experiencing continuous growth and expansion, committed to the ongoing professional development of its team.
