Prior experience in B2B sales and logistics is valued We are looking for a person to fill a sales position in Vilanova i la Geltrú within the logistics sector. The contract will be direct employment with the company, involving a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Main responsibilities will include managing and expanding the existing client portfolio, proactively seeking new clients, and reactivating inactive ones. Administrative support tasks and report generation will also be carried out. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, split shifts, with working hours between 09:00 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related sectors. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to self-manage fieldwork. * Strong communication, negotiation, and long-term business relationship management skills. * Proficiency in office software and CRM tools. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * A personal client portfolio or familiarity with the local business landscape will be valued. * Residing near the workplace is advantageous. Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Completed ESO. \- Bachelor's degree. \- Vocational Training in Commerce and Marketing.
