We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect for Defense Systems to work in Alcobendas under a hybrid model, participating in the design and evolution of advanced technological architectures for next-generation operational environments.
You will be part of strategic projects where cloud technologies, tactical communications, distributed architectures, and critical systems converge—contributing to the definition of the future Combat Cloud.
What will you do?
* Define solution architectures based on cloud technologies and service-oriented architectures.
* Analyze operational requirements and translate them into scalable and resilient technical solutions.
* Participate in the design of cloud platforms applied to critical environments and defense systems.
* Define integration strategies among systems, services, and distributed platforms.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and their application in next-generation architectures.
* Collaborate with systems, software, communications, and infrastructure teams.
* Participate in technical definition activities, architecture reviews, and capability evolution.
* Contribute to interoperability among platforms, mission systems, and advanced communication networks.
What are we looking for in you?
**✅ Education:**
Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
**✅ Minimum Experience:**
Proven experience in cloud architecture and complex systems design.
**✅ Technical Knowledge:**
* Cloud architecture design.
* Service-oriented architectures (SOA / microservices).
* Amazon Web Services (AWS).
* Cloud orchestration platforms and tools.
* Integration of distributed systems.
* High-level technology solution design.
**✅ Valuable Functional Knowledge:**
* Tactical communications.
* Private 4G/5G networks.
* Software-defined radio.
* Defense and mission systems.
* Embedded systems.
* High-availability critical environments.
