The role involves both performing cleaning duties alongside the team and organizing daily operations, assigning tasks, and training new staff. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to occupational risk prevention protocols. Key responsibilities include direct team management, resolving any incidents that arise during service delivery, and maintaining smooth communication with service managers to report on work progress and material requirements. Additionally, the candidate must monitor staff attendance via an application and ensure all activities comply with established quality and safety standards, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction. We seek an organized individual capable of making decisions and leading a team in a constantly changing environment. The fixed afternoon schedule provides stability.
