




**Position Mission:** Serve customers and manage the sale of charcuterie products. **Requirements, desirable:** * Desirable, experience in charcuterie and in the mentioned functions. * Desirable, knowledge and/or experience supporting in butchery. * Desirable, training in the butchery/charcuterie section. **Job Functions:** * Store shop/section products, optimizing available areas and resources. * Perform labeling, packaging, and loading/unloading operations to ensure product integrity during display. * Monitor maintenance and preparation of machinery and tools in the shop/section. * Serve customers and manage commercial operations of the section/shop. * Control supply for the section/shop, product implementation and placement in refrigerators/shelves for sale, as well as margins, losses, expiration dates, promotions, price control, sales, adjustments, temperatures, and condition. * Place products in trays or wrap with film according to specified counter layout. * Participate in operational maintenance, cleaning, and conditioning of the store and personal work station. * Carry out specific charcuterie tasks: slicing, hand-cutting, and chopping cheeses, cured meats, and Iberian products. * Assist in developing kitchen preparations and processed meat products. * Support baking and labeling activities for bread. * Assist in tasks within the butchery section. * Label names, packaging, pricing, allergens, and composition information. **Working Conditions:** * Full-time. * Work location: Gran Canaria Position type: Full-time Schedule: * Weekend availability * Rotating shifts Experience: * Butchery: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Food handler certificate (Required) Work Location: On-site
