Job Summary: We are seeking adaptable individuals for scrap handling, quality control, and basic maintenance tasks at a casting plant. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional role in an aluminum casting plant. 2. Quality control and basic maintenance tasks. 3. Dynamic environment with teamwork and attention to detail. We need personnel to work at an aluminum casting plant located in Dos Hermanas. Main responsibilities include moving scrap metal—loading, unloading, and relocating it—to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. It will also be necessary to collect material samples, measure them, and verify their quality using a spectrometer. The goal is to ensure the final product meets all requirements and specifications. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for basic maintenance and keeping their work area clean and organized. This is essential to guarantee a safe working environment and proper functioning of all equipment in the plant. Attention to detail will be valued to ensure machinery and facilities remain in optimal condition. Work pace may vary, so adaptability is required. It will be important to follow instructions accurately and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Consistent effort is expected to ensure production continuity and quality at every stage of the casting process. Immediate availability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends as scheduled. A valid forklift license and demonstrable experience operating one are mandatory. A bridge crane operator license and relevant experience will be considered advantageous.
