**About the Position** We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in credit card acquiring to join strategic projects within the payments ecosystem. The role has a strong functional orientation and will act as a liaison between business, operations, risk, and technology, participating in critical processes of the payment instrument transaction lifecycle. **Important:** Residency in Spain is an essential requirement. The work arrangement is hybrid (some days onsite in Madrid). **Responsibilities** * Analyze and define functional onboarding processes for merchants. * Participate in the configuration and optimization of payment instruments. * Analyze authorization, settlement, and reconciliation flows. * Collaborate with business, operations, risk, and technology teams. * Manage operational incidents related to payments and transaction processing. * Interact with acquirers, PSPs, and payment processors. * Identify process improvement opportunities and enhancements to customer experience. **Requirements** * More than 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role. * Proven experience in acquiring. * Knowledge of POS terminals, payment gateways, e-commerce, and omnichannel environments. * Experience working with acquirers, PSPs, or payment processors. * Functional knowledge of authorization, settlement, and reconciliation. * Strong analytical capability and end\-to\-end vision of the payment process. * Fluent Spanish. * B2 level English is desirable. **We Offer** * Participation in strategic projects within the core payments domain. * Exposure to critical processes in the card ecosystem. * A collaborative and cross-functional environment. * High specialization in a rapidly growing sector. * Real impact on business, customer experience, and operational optimization. * Hybrid work arrangement from Spain.
