Support for the electrical and HVAC departments BMS Facility Control Room Operator **Job Description** -------------------------- Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy services division, requires a BMS Facility Control Room Operator in Madrid. Main responsibilities include: * Monitoring the proper operation of facilities, responding urgently to notifications and alarms. * Verifying the building control system’s response considering its assigned variables. * Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks via GMAO Prisma. * Receiving telephone notifications and forwarding them to the corresponding technical department based on their origin. * Completing building control sheets and reporting incidents. * Supporting the electrical and HVAC departments.
