




**Mission** Address guests' needs by supporting the reception team in performing required customer service tasks. **Responsibilities and tasks** PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS * Assist with front desk and concierge duties, as well as monitoring hotel facilities, equipment, and materials. * Manage, store, and transport guests’ luggage within hotel premises or to the hotel’s entrance. * Carry out simple errands and assignments both inside and outside the hotel, whether within or beyond the establishment. * Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness in reception and concierge areas. * Monitor facilities and report any incidents to the relevant department. * Control the entry and exit of objects, goods, suppliers, and staff.
