Events Internship

Description

MISSION This position will support the core tasks of the Events Department, related to the launch, organization, management, and development of events and incentive trips, with a focus on enhancing the company’s commercial activity and corporate image among its customers, collaborators, and intermediaries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Participation in and collaboration on executing tasks related to organizing company events with an external and commercial outlook (Key events: Convention (1,000 attendees), Santalucia Impulsa, quarterly plan launches for Santalucia Seguros’ sales force (250 attendees), lead-generation initiatives, incentive trips, etc.). Liaison with various suppliers involved in an event and external collaborators. Preparation of follow-up reports for events and incentive trips, including progress tracking against objectives. Support and coordination with commercial teams.
