Position Summary: We are seeking experienced bar managers to coordinate teams, control inventory, supervise service, and organize workspaces at events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and leadership of bar teams at high-volume events 2. Inventory management, service supervision, and organization of workspaces 3. Incident resolution and maintaining agility under pressure We are looking for experienced bar managers to work at a festival in O Porriño (Vigo). Candidates with leadership ability, organizational skills, and experience managing teams at high-volume events will be preferred. June 25 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (refrigerator loading, approx) June 26, 27, and 28 6:30 PM to 1:30 AM **Responsibilities** ---------- * Bar team coordination * Inventory control and restocking * Service supervision * Workspace organization * Incident resolution **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience as a bar manager * Leadership and organizational ability * Agility and ability to work under pressure * Proficiency in proper beer pouring and keg changing * Availability on the specified dates **Benefits** -------------- €14.75 net per hour, plus additional events and extra opportunities.
