Our Call Center in Mairena del Aljarafe continues expanding, and we are seeking new team members for a stable Customer Service and Cross-Selling project in the banking sector. **What Will You Do Daily? Visualize it: sit at your call center station, put on your headset, and listen:** * You will handle calls from the bank’s customers, assisting them with their requests. * You will resolve incidents and inquiries in a responsive and effective manner. * You will identify cross-selling opportunities, offering credit or insurance options tailored to customers’ needs. **What Do We Offer In Return?** * 30-hour weekly schedule on a fixed afternoon shift (15:00–21:00, Monday to Friday), plus one Saturday per month. * Fixed monthly salary of **€1,098 gross \+ commissions (approx. €250 gross/month upon meeting targets).** * **Pre-contract training lasting 7 days**: 4 days online and 3 days in-person.
