Meticulous attention to disinfecting surfaces, utensils, and machinery is required, as well as the ability to follow the master baker's instructions and work collaboratively as part of a coordinated team. Time management skills are also valued to ensure agility and order in daily tasks. Working hours are nocturnal, starting at 12:30 a.m., from Monday to Saturday, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Salary is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
