What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services using Java and Spring. Design, evolve, and integrate REST APIs to support new features and services. Participate in defining and improving technical solutions alongside the rest of the team. Ensure software quality through unit testing and sound development practices. Collaborate on integrations with various systems and platforms. Actively participate in agile work environments under frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Contribute to the product’s technological evolution by proposing improvements and innovations. Work closely with developers, analysts, and other technical profiles to deliver high-value solutions. What are we looking for in you? At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer. Solid experience with Java 8\+ and Spring. Knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases. Experience developing and integrating REST APIs. Knowledge of unit testing (TDD/BDD) and Kafka. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). Degree in Computer Engineering, Higher Vocational Training in Computer Science, or equivalent studies. Minimum English level B1\- B2\. Analytical ability, teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation.
