We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that reinforce national and international security. **Join our ATM Projects Team!** You will become part of the **Air Traffic Management (ATM)** area, participating in key technological projects for air traffic management, collaborating in the design, integration, and validation of complex systems in critical environments—both nationally and internationally. ### **What will you do?** * Technically manage ATM projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and objectives. * Perform requirement traceability throughout the system lifecycle. * Participate in ATM system design and technical solution definition. * Coordinate technical teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary profiles. * Support system integration and validation activities. * Design and document test cases for requirement validation. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation for customers (technical and user manuals). * Use project and requirement management and tracking tools. ### **What are we looking for?** ✅ 1–2 years’ experience in technical project management and/or system design. ✅ Experience in requirement traceability and analysis. ✅ Basic knowledge of requirement management tools (DOORS). ✅ Basic knowledge of project management and tracking tools (Jira). ✅ Intermediate proficiency in office software: Word, Excel, and Visio. ✅ Intermediate experience in designing test cases for requirement validation. ✅ 2–3 years’ experience in ATM environments. ✅ Knowledge of ATM requirement analysis and system integration. ✅ Experience in design definition and generation of customer-facing technical documentation.
