AI Tech Lead

Description

We are looking for an **AI Tech Lead** with experience leading engineering teams and designing AI solutions in cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership, architecture, and hands\-on engineering to drive the delivery of scalable, production\-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary engineering squad, defining development standards, and promoting best practices across projects focused primarily on Generative AI and Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate a cross\-functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers. * Define technical standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines. * Design and oversee the development of scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI solutions. * Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities, primarily RAG and LLM\-based solutions. * Architect and validate cloud\-based AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members. * Serve as the main technical point of contact for Product Owners, Data Scientists, frontend developers, and business stakeholders. * Define performance, observability, reliability, and availability standards for AI solutions. * Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering, translating them into actionable initiatives. ### **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * Experience leading technical teams or engineering squads. * Proven experience designing and delivering end\-to\-end AI solutions in cloud environments. * Strong knowledge of Generative AI architectures, particularly RAG and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Experience designing scalable backend architectures and APIs. * Strong understanding of Azure services used for AI solution development. * Ability to make architecture decisions and establish technical standards. * Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. * Passion for Generative AI and staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies ### **Technical Environment** * Microsoft Azure * Azure Functions * Azure App Services * Azure Cosmos DB * Azure Key Vault * Azure OpenAI * RAG Architectures * Large Language Models (LLMs) Interested in learning more?
